Although more than half a year has passed since the game’s release, Peter and Miles’ adventure is still very popular and Insomniac Games continues to work on it, fixing bugs and adding content. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will receive the update patch to version 1,003,000 on PS5 in June, adding eight new free costumes. Four of them are known from the comics, another four are designed by famous fans.

The update patch will be ready on Tuesday June 18, 2024. It is a free and automatic update.
New costumes for Miles Morales and Peter Parker
- Metro Suit (Miles Morales): designed by fashion designer Colm Dillane, better known as KidSuper.
- Ginga Suit (Miles Morales): designed by Brazilian soccer player Vini Jr. in collaboration with KidSuper.
- Fluro Suit (Peter Parker): designed by runner Lando Norris in collaboration with designer KidSuper.
- Biker Distinction Suit (Peter Parker): designed by model, actress and singer Rina Sawayama in collaboration with KidSuper.
- Suit from a New Universe (Peter Parker): This is the costume based on the excellent animated movie. Allows you to activate the ‘Traditional animation’ mode in the visual settings.
- Cartoon Costume (Miles Morales): It’s Miles’ classic suit, but with a cartoon-style cel-shading render.
- Uptown Pride Outfit (Miles Morales): This is the suit we unlocked at the end of the previous game in the series.
In addition to new costumes for Peter Parker and Miles Moralres, the June 1,003,000 update patch adds Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 stability improvements to the game, adds the ability to toggle between the symbiote’s blocking and moving abilities to the Spider-arms and more.
