Season 2 of Arcane finally arrives with a very epic trailer. Unfortunately, not everything is rosy and there is also bad news.
That’s it, Riot Games and Netflix have finally released the real trailer for the second season ofArcane and it really does look incredible! So be careful before you read the rest as it will spoil the first season significantly. There’s still time for a refresher before we focus on what’s next. You’ve been warned!
An epic trailer for the second season of Arcane
After the tragic events in the grand finale of season 1, Piltover is in turmoil and ready to seek revenge. The famous war between Piltover and the modern-day city of Zaun is about to break out. In League of Legends lore, this war caused devastation and many casualties. In Zaun, illegal experiments proliferated rapidly while Piltover was literally cleaning house. We’ll see how far Season 2 will goArcanebut it looks like we’re getting closer. The trailer gives us a glimpse of some modified Zaunians and even the sinister creature Warwick ready for the hunt.
Vi, Caitlyn and a whole squad set out to find Jinx while trying to put an end to the excesses of the Undercity. There are still many unknowns, but one thing is certain: after this second season, the series will indeed end. Yes, that is indeed the famous bad news we mentioned in our title. Season 2 of Arcane will be the last.
No Season 3, but the League of Legends universe can still expand!
However, there is hope that the League of Legends universe will return with a new series. After such success, it’s hard to imagine Riot Games, Netflix and Fortiche stopping so well. Moreover, the League of Legends universe is extremely rich and contains a whole host of colorful heroes and significant events. The war for Ionia, the clashes between Demacia and Noxus, the curses of the Dark Isles, the legends of Bilgewater… there is so much to explore, not to mention the stories between the heroes themselves. Whatever the case, I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
For now, we hope that Arcane season 2 will see us on Netflix in November for a grand finale.
