Huawei has just introduced its new high-end proposals: Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro +. Although these have been major opponents on the hardware level, when talking about software Huawei gets sixth. In addition to betting on the App Gallery as an app store, in addition to its music services, video calls and others, Huawei surprised today showing his assistant running, ready to compete with Samsung's Bixby, Google Assistant and Apple & # 39; s Siri.
While we will have to test it ourselves to see if it rivals it, Huawei has shown us the major benefits of & # 39; Celia & # 39 ;, your new voice assistant. With the air being exactly the same as that of Siri and a good list of possibilities, all this has to offer.
"Hey Celia, what can you do?"
If we leave the on / off button for more than a second we can ask for Celia, although the most powerful way to do it is via "Hi Celia". If we worked, we could work with the witch, the same power as the rest of its competitors.
At the operational level Celia is virtually identical to its other direct competitors: calls, alarms, weather information, etc.
At a career level Celia is on the line for her top rivals. We can tell her to call, tell us the weather, set reminders, etc.. The instructions are the same as those of any other witch.
- "Hey Celia, set the alarm for 8"
- "Hey Celia, how about today?
- "Hey Celia, how many calories do you have?"
Caloric count is one of Celia's main benefits, integrated with Huawei camera. It is enough to tell her to check the calories of the food we will take and, if it is registered with the helper, we will be told how many calories it contains. One of the functions of a star translation. Celia is able to interpret what she sees using the camera.
Similarly, Celia has access to music on the device, so we can tell her to play the songs. Another beauty its combination with purchases. We can ask you to buy what we see on screen, function, a priori, which is really helpful.
And a helper integrated with system settings, so we can tell you to put the phone in silence, turn on the setting you want or perform some kind of configuration.
Finally, note that Celia is available in Spanish, so that we can enjoy the helper in our language without much trouble. It is, at the moment, limited to the P40 series, though it is expected to reach multiple devices.
