Helldivers 2 is struggling with all sorts of performance issues on the PC, but the makers want to address these issues soon and find a solution.
Helldivers 2 was also considered one of the biggest hype titles of the 2024 gaming year, but has since lost a lot of momentum. Nevertheless, there are of course a lot of gamers flocking to the action game again, although they have recently had to deal with noticeable performance problems, at least on the PC. Arrowhead Game Studios is now promising a solution to this problem soon.
Complaints from players have increased noticeably in recent weeks; since the release of the first patch, the various errors and problems on Reddit have reached a considerable extent. The developers are therefore now promising to focus on fixing these errors in the co-op shooter.
Studio director Shams Jorjani has now taken up the topic X and confirms in his social media update that a patch will be released later this week to fix performance issues and provide improvements in this regard.
Apart from the fact that this probably won’t mean that all problems will be a thing of the past, Jorjani also promises that the focus will continue to be on the game’s performance.
The decline in the number of players in Helldivers 2 is also attributed to the existence of these problems. As a result, the server capacity has already been increased. Will Arrowhead Game Studios really get the whole thing under control in the near future?
