The Xbox 360 is one of the best consoles of all time, which led the ecosystem for indie games and digital downloads, among other things. This makes the closure of the Xbox 360 Marketplace End of July
Despite Microsoft’s investment in making many of the console’s games backwards compatible on Xbox One and Series X/S, there are plenty of gems, junk, and everything in between that will be all the more difficult to play once the lights go out due to a number of licensing issues and technical difficulties. And while some of these games are available on PC, many of them are unavailable or have since been removed from the list.
Players can still go online and re-download games and DLC from their existing Xbox 360 libraries, but they cannot add anything new. Many games are currently on offer
