Does The Acolyte have a future? Nothing has been decided yet in this regard – as showrunner Leslye Headland reveals in a new interview. It is currently unknown whether the Star Wars series will get a second season.

There is a lot of discussion about The Acolyte. The Star Wars series seems to strike a certain chord with critics. Darth Plagueis in season 2 of The Acolyte?
How exactly could things continue? Headland also teased this in an interview with Nerdist. According to her, Darth Plagueis and his student Darth Sidious could play a role. After all, The Acolyte takes place around 100 years before the events of Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace.
At this point in the old canon, the Sith Darth Tenebrous – the master of Plagueis – was active. And depending on what The Acolyte still knows about the Sith, who himself Meister

In this regard, fans will have to be patient and wait and see what the future holds for The Acolyte.
