Earlier this month, Ryu Ga Gotoku studio revealed during their panel at Anime Expo 2024 called “Essence of Fandom” when they will announce their next game. This information was recently confirmed, in a live broadcast from the Ryu Ga Gotoku studio which sought to choose the new models that will be present in the game.
When will Ryu Ga Gotoku release its next game?
The next game from Ryu Ga Gotoku studio will be unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show. The event is scheduled to take place in Chiba, Japan, from September 26 to 29. There was recent speculation that the next Like a Dragon would be presented at TGS 2024. However, it seems that Yokoyama and company did not specify that a new game in the franchise would be presented Like a Dragonso the Ryu Ga Gotoku studio could be planning to announce a new installment of the series Judgment
However, it is likely that the Japanese developer will announce projects for both series.. Since, recently, five models have been chosen that will be present in the next game of the series Like a Dragon.

- Misoshiru (MC)
- Ai Hongo (Audiovisual actress)
- Same (Cosplayer)
- Kaho Shibuya (Content creator, cosplayer)
- Seiko Kirishima (Queen of Racing)
If you’re wondering if it’s too early for Ryu Ga Gotoku studio to announce a new game, director Masayoshi Yokoyama attributes this rapid succession of releases to the studio’s ability to update its resources rather than creating a new set of them with each game.
