Ever since Guilty Gear: Strive announced its 3v3 mode, players have been eager to learn more. It turns out they won’t have to wait too long, as the 3v3 mode will enter its open beta phase on July 25th.
Announced live at Evo 2024, the mode will allow three different characters to duke it out in Arc System Works’ popular anime fighting game ahead of a top-6 battle for Guilty Gear Strive. It will also allow for three players per team, so you can invite some friends over for some co-op action if you’d like. As for when its final version will be released, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Guilty Gear Strive was one of the most popular games at Evo, drawing 2,058 unique entrants. These fans, as well as those watching at home, may have gotten an early look at the new season of DLC characters uploaded via the Arc System Works YouTube channel, but the future of the loyal community surrounding the game nonetheless seems exciting.
