If you saw the recent incredible Deadpool controller and thought “why can’t I get Wolverine’s dump truck”, then you’re in luck!
Xbox has been enjoying giving away weird controllers lately, and last week it revealed what might be its weirdest yet – a Deadpool-themed controller with a plump-mouthed merc firmly embedded in the back of the controller. You actually have a chance to win this controller, along with a Deadpool- and Wolverine-themed Xbox Series X, but apparently there’s only one in the world, so good luck to those who can get their sweaty mitts on Deadpool’s round butt. But sadly, Deadpool is all alone, with his butt exposed to the world and no one to keep him company. Earlier today, though, Microsoft revealed on the Xbox Wire blog that yes, Wolverine is getting one, too.

“Well, we heard you!” reads the Xbox Wire post. “Following the July 26 release of Marvel Studios’ Deadpool vs. Wolverine and the announcement of a custom Xbox Wireless Controller designed by Deadpool, fans around the world are eager to get their hands on Logan’s very own adamantium butt (on a controller, of course). Because we couldn’t resist some friendly competition (and certainly not out of fear of his temper), our team jumped straight into production on this custom Wolverine-inspired Xbox Wireless Controller.”
There’s even a massive billboard advertising the controller in Alberta, Canada, because “nothing says ‘you’re my best babe’ like renting out a giant billboard right where you first gave me your paw. It’s the superhero equivalent of friendship bracelets, only more… public.” Apparently, this controller has also been in the works for a while, and you didn’t actually manage to convince Xbox to get all of this done in a week, but at least Deadpool isn’t alone now – the only caveat is that this is also a raffle prize, so good luck with that.
The final trailer for Deadpool vs. Wolverine was released last week, but you probably shouldn’t watch it because it’s chock-full of spoilers.
