The iconic Elisabeth Swann is currently in Fortnite as part of the Cursed Sails limited-time event.
You will need to locate her for one of the quests in the third part of the Pirate Code and listen to a pirate story from her. She is one of the four pirates currently present in Fortnite that you will need to speak with.

Elizabeth Swann Location in Fortnite
You can find Elizabeth Swann on the pleasant square in Fortnite. She can usually be found wandering around the northern part of the city and mostly above ground. We’ve marked her location on the map for you:
To hear a pirate tale from her, select the “!” option when talking to her and she will tell you a short story.
Elizabeth also sells a variety of useful items, including a treasure map that will reveal the location of loot hidden elsewhere on the island.
