Elden Ring Stormfoot Catacombs Walkthrough
You will find the location northwest of Elleh Church, exactly at this point on the map:
Talk to the ghostly figure on the chair in the first hallway and proceed cautiously into the room in front of you. Around the corner on the left, a small gargoyle-like creature wants to stab you in the back.
Kill him and his colleague, who uses throwing knives, before emptying 2x Root resin from the ribs of the corpse behind the chair.
The passage on the right leads deeper into the catacombs. Take 1x Tomb Glove next to the coffin and continue through the corridor on the left (the large door opens with a lever).
Lure the two enemies in the large room to the back and kill them one by one. You can then harvest 1x Purple Tomb And 1x Tomb Glove.
A flamethrower awaits you in the next hallway. Run down this hallway as soon as the flames die down and take a short break in the hallway on the right (you have to go there anyway).
Behind the pillar where the flames are coming from, you will find the “Hello” talking plaque. Continue into the passage to the right, where a flamethrower is also active.
Sprint to the ladder on the right and take a short break, then you have several options to choose from:
- Just behind the flamethrower is a room with two enemies hanging on the wall. Two more are crouched at the end in the side alcoves. Kill them (you can lure them into the flames) and you will find 3x Smoking Butterfly and some materials near the corpse.
- Climb the ladder on the right. Kill the enemies at the top and you’ll be able to a) fall between the pillars on the left to the lever that opens the boss door. And b) loot a small room straight ahead, where you’ll find some materials and the Wandering Noble Ashes
The dungeon has now been explored and you can move on to the boss behind the huge door: the Erdtree Burial Guard Dog.
