Discovery Duelist characters in Fortnite will help you complete one of the current Pirate Code quests that are part of the Cursed Sails limited-time event.
You’ll only need to find a duelist in Fortnite, challenge them, and defeat them with a melee weapon or pistol to complete this specific quest. Your first task, however, is to find them!

The two dueling characters in Fortnite currently are Oscar and Cerberus.
Oscar is available at Classy CourtsWe found them relaxing on a chair on a balcony here.
Cerberus is located at Grim Gate. We found them roaming around the lower level of this area:
How to challenge a duelist character in Fortnite
Once you find a duelist, you They must be challenged and defeated with a pistol or melee weapon. to complete the Pirate Code quest.
Don’t shoot them before talking to them, otherwise they will see you as an enemy and you won’t be able to challenge them.
To “challenge” a duelist (Oscar or Cerberus), you must talk to them and select the “Duel” option from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Follow the text and confirm that you wish to challenge them to begin the fight. Be careful though, other squads can still swoop in and kill you.
Defeat the duelist with a pistol or melee weapon and you will have completed this quest!
