Ubisoft is showing its upcoming blockbusters Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows at this year’s gamescom.
Ubisoft announced its line-up for this year’s gamescom. Visitors can look forward to the titles Star Wars Outlaws and Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which will be presented at the Ubisoft stand in Hall 6.1 in a themed atmosphere and will welcome fans with special photo spots and goodies.
Star Wars Outlaws will have 100 play stations where guests can play a mission before the game officially launches on August 30th. The booth also has a spectator area for anyone who wants to take a look at the booth. Access to the booth is only available to people aged 16 and over.
First-hand information about Assassin’s Creed Shadows, the latest installment in the popular Assassin’s Creed series that takes players to feudal Japan, is provided by a developer presentation in a cinema with space for 400 visitors. Fans can experience and get to know the different play ing styles of the two protagonists Naoe and Yasuke live.
Both stands are easily accessible. Star Wars Outlaws also offers play stations for people in wheelchairs and, if required, the option to use the Xbox Adaptive Controller.
For fans of Rainbow Six Siege or XDefiant, a visit to the Xperion at Hansaring is worthwhile. The European R6 Combine final will be held there on August 23rd as part of gamescom, where the best two Rainbow Six Siege teams from Europe will play live on site for prize money of $20,000. Those interested can also compete on site in an exclusive XDefiant arena to prove their skills in the new free, fast-paced arcade shooter from Ubisoft.
Cosplayers can look forward to a special offer from Ubisoft: Cosplay photographer eosAndy and Ubisoft are offering free photo shoots at the Assassin’s Creed stand in Hall 6.1 during the trade fair. Anyone who appears in an Assassin’s Creed cosplay also has the opportunity to enter their photos in the #AssassinsCreedCosplayContest and thereby have the chance to win great prizes, including from BenQ. The Anno Union is also taking the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with fans and Anno-loving players and is inviting them to the very first Anno Builders Event. Participants will have the opportunity to meet part of the dev team, exchange ideas with them and take part in presentations.
