Warner Bros. has presented the first gameplay of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions and also confirmed the different editions. However, there is also less good news for Switch players.
Warner Bros. today presented a first trailer for the upcoming Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions under the name “Welcome Students!”, which shows tangible gameplay. The video clip, which you can also watch below, also covers the single-player career mode, the competitive online mode, some playable characters and character creation.
When the gameplay trailer was released, some information was also given about the available editions, as pre-orders have now started. There is a digital standard edition for 29.99 dollars. You can also get a digital and physical deluxe edition for 39.99 dollars. The latter contains the base game as well as the house packs for Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor, as well as 2,000 gold that can be spent in the game. Gold can also be earned through game progress. The packs mentioned look like this:

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will be released on September 3rd for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Players on the Nintendo Switch will have to wait a little longer, as the release is not scheduled to take place until sometime before Christmas 2024.
