Atlus has already received the press’s review of this version. After a comparison with PS5 and learning that it had debuted at the top of the UK’s weekly sales charts, it now seems that there is an official board game. It is inspired by the franchise.
Icrea will launch a Kickstarter campaign for an official board game based on Shin Megami Tensei. Here are the details:
- Name of the game: Currently known as “Shin Megami Tensei – The Board Game”; the title may change before release.
- Campaign start date: September 11, 2024.
- Game content:
- 72 detailed demonic figures.
- Highly strategic gameplay.
- Mechanics based on the series, including Demon Conversation and Demon Fusion.
- Number of players: Between two and four players.
- Game duration: Approximately three to four hours per session.
- Additional details: More information about the game will be available with the launch of the Kickstarter campaign.
- Related event: Icrea will be showcasing the game’s components at Gen Con, August 1-4 in Indianapolis, at booth B270 in the Japan pavilion.
