Nubia’s latest gaming smartphone, the Redmagic 9S Pro, is powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This processor is also used in well-known models from Samsung and Xiaomi, but the Redmagic 9S Pro offers you this powerhouse at a much lower price.
Despite the powerful processor, the brand new Redmagic 9S Pro is available from 649 dollars. Comparable models from Samsung and Xiaomi cost significantly more: The Galaxy S24 Ultra costs in the manufacturer shop at least 1,249 dollars, while Xiaomi currently charges 1,299 dollars for its 14 Ultra cell phone.
Admittedly, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor is even cheaper in the Redmi K70 Pro from Xiaomi. However, this smartphone is not available in Germany and can only be imported. However, importing it has disadvantages in terms of warranty and hardware and software compatibility, which is why it should not be considered a reliable comparison candidate at this point.
Redmagic 9S Pro also has the stronger battery technology
The Redmagic 9S Pro is designed for high performance, so the battery must also be powerful. It has a 6,500 mAh battery, which according to GSMArena can be fully charged in 35 minutes with a charging power of 80 watts. Both the S24 Ultra from Samsung and the 14 Ultra from Xiaomi, on the other hand, only offer a 5,000 milliampere hour battery.
With a charging power of 90 watts, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s battery, which is smaller than the Redmagic 9S Pro, can be fully charged in 33 minutes. The last in this comparison is the Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung, whose battery can only be charged to 65 percent in 35 minutes with a supported charging power of 45 watts, according to GSMArena.
How to get a Redmagic 9S Pro
You can now get the Redmagic 9S Pro in the manufacturer’s shop For 649 dollars you get the gaming phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal memory. The version with 16 gigabytes of RAM and 512 gigabytes of internal memory costs 799 dollars.
