The monstrous communication machine surrounding Monster Hunter Wilds is being launched by Capcom, but not only that. Something heavy is coming out of the Japanese studio soon.
You probably know that the highly acclaimed Gamescom will open its doors in Cologne on August 20th. Capcom will be there, notably to offer the very first playable demo of the highly anticipated Monster Hunter Wild. But that’s not all the Japanese giant is preparing for the event, as it tells us in a press release.
Although its release for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series is vaguely scheduled for 2025, Monster Hunter Wilds meets numerous and colossal expectations. Remember that this is one of Capcom’s most lucrative and popular franchises today, thanks in large part to the enormous success of World. The Japanese giant is aware of this and intends to do its best in this new, closely watched work. We have already seen two particularly promising trailers at Summer Game Fest 2024.
As Gamescom draws ever closer, Capcom has announced the list of games that will be on show in Cologne, Germany, from August 21 to 25. Among them, we obviously find the very first playable demo of Monster Hunter Wilds. Come and try it out on site in Hall 9 – A070 at the Capcom booth. There, those interested will also have other games from the Japanese studio available, namely Street Fighter 6, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess or Ace Attorney Investigations Collection.
Back to Monster Hunter Wilds, we can bet that Capcom also has a nice surprise in store for players who can’t attend Gamescom directly. In fact, we’re not sure before the announcement of the availability of a playable demo during the opening ceremony orchestrated by Geoff Keighley on August 20th. Only two weeks left to get the hang of it. I can’t wait for the hunting season to begin!
