Steam can currently hardly save itself from players, thanks to COVID-19. Due to the fact that people have to stay at home, more and more people crouch in front of the PC and spend their time playing games.
Accordingly, another record was set. After more than 22 million players were logged into Steam at the same time a week ago, the brand has now stood at 23,436,186 players since last weekend. Especially CS: GO is booming without end, 1,123,002 players were in progress there at the same time.
There is no end in sight, while we are typing these lines, there are already over 23 million players online again, with Mound & Blade II: Bannerlord, which went into early access this afternoon, already having a good start with over 120,000 players Football Manager 2020 still benefits from the free week.
DOTA 2, PUBG, GTA 5, Rainbow Six: Siege and Monster Hunter: World, Ark: Survival Evolved and Destiny 2 are still in the top 10 most played games.
