The moment we’ve been waiting for months has finally arrived, the official presentation of the new Pixel 9. It’s true that the large number of leaks have revealed many of the surprises that Google had prepared, such as the new Pixel 9 Pro XL. or the new larger Pixel Watch model. But that doesn’t mean that it continues to be one of the most important moments of the year for Google and users of its products.
The Made by Google event will open tomorrow, August 13, 7:00 p.m. Spanish Peninsula Time. Given the importance of the event, the company itself will broadcast it live on its YouTube platform, so that everyone can see first-hand the news it is preparing.
Among these new features, we find a complete renewal of the Pixel rangeThe phones will expand from two models to four: the base Pixel 9, the Pixel 9 Pro, the Pixel 9 Pro XL and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The latter will be a foldable, a first for the main Pixel lineup.
The devices will debut a new design line that has already been confirmed by Google and that means goodbye to the “band” that housed the cameras and has been the trademark of the Pixel brand since the sixth generation. New wearables are also expected, including two Pixel Watch 3 models, in two different sizes.
The Made by Google event is visible with english subtitles on youtubevia the official Made by Google account. Additionally, it will also be available in English, both on this account and on the official Android account.
To watch the event, simply catch the video from 7pm on 13th August; although we can also ask YouTube to notify us when the event starts.
Of course, EL ESPAÑOL – El Androide Libre will cover the Made by Google event and all the products that will be presented. Google itself has also created a method to stay up to date with the latest news, with a new publication on the Google Store announcing the arrival of a “new era of phones”. The image is of the Pixel 9 Pro, the only model that, for now, is confirmed for Europe and can still be found cheaper at El Corte Inglés, before reaching the market.
