Get ready to start or continue your adventure in the vast magical world of Teyvat – Genshin Influence will be released on November 20th for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud Gaming with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership! First released in September 2020, Genshin Influence has created an evolving, open journey across consoles, PC, and mobile. During gamescom Opening Night Live today, we were proud to announce our arrival on Xbox this fall!
From today Genshin Influence can be added to your Xbox Wishlist now, and Xbox Game Pass members can also pre-install the game. In-game rewards will be available for Game Pass Ultimate players upon launch (more details to be announced at a later date).
Discover a varied fantasy world
In Genshin InfluenceYour story begins in a fantasy world called Teyvat. As a traveler from another world, you embark on a journey to find your long-lost sibling and uncover the secrets of Teyvat and yourself.
During your adventure, you will visit the seven major nations, each with different landscapes, histories, people, creatures, secrets, and gameplay. Starting August 28th, the sixth major nation, Natlan, will be introduced to the game. Roam the towering cliffs and flowing springs like Natlan’s dragons and join forces with native warriors to discover this warring nation!
Master the seven elements
Teyvat is a fantasy world where the seven elements flow and converge. Elemental reactions can be triggered by applying certain combinations of elemental effects to a target to deal additional damage or affect the environment.
Therefore, mastering the Seven Elements is the key to defeating powerful enemies, solving challenging puzzles, and achieving various objectives as you explore the world.
Meet new companions
Various characters can be recruited for your journey, each with unique skills, personalities, fighting styles, and elemental powers. As your journey progresses, you can further discover their backstories.
So far, there are over 80 playable characters to choose from to assemble your party of four – with more to come in the future.
Travel alone or fight together
While Genshin Influence offers immersive single-player storytelling, but you can also team up with your friends. Cross-play and cross-progression features are available for players on Xbox with PlayStation, PC, Android, iOS, and Epic Games Store. To welcome more players from different backgrounds, Genshin Influence now supports 15 text languages and 4 voice-over languages.
