Microsoft’s email service Outlook.com is currently experiencing outages in many places. Many users are reporting problems with logging in and with sending and receiving emails to our outage reporter. In some cases, sending emails also doesn’t seem to be working properly.
We have received reports from various regions of Germany, including Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. We ourselves also had temporary difficulties, but the service is now working again for us. The reason for the problems is not yet known.
If you continue to have problems with your emails or loading the website, please be patient and try again later. We assume that work is already underway to resolve the problem. You can continue to find out about the progress of the problem on this page.
Currently, the mailers GMX, Web.de and the provider 1&1 are also affected by a disruption.
