After a long silence, the creator of Stardew Valley gave fans a reassuring announcement about this highly anticipated element.
Stardew Valley update 1.6, released in March, has completely changed an already popular game for the better. However, for now, this major patch has only been applied to the PC version. Many fans are eagerly awaiting its arrival on consoles or even mobile devices. Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone, who is very close to his community, therefore announced very reassuring news in this sense.
Stardew Valley 1.6 seed on consoles and mobile continues to grow
It’s been eight years since Stardew Valley delighted millions of players around the world, originally launched by a single passionate person. The style of the game, its atmosphere and, above all, a developer who respects his community have made it a phenomenon that has no reason to be ashamed of giants like Minecraft. The title has been improved even further with a truly extensive update 1.6, but is currently only available on PC.
Eric Barone is aware that many on other platforms are waiting for this big Stardew Valley patch. He wanted to keep them updated on the topic: ” Console and mobile ports are making progress. I agree that they take a lot of time. There are good reasons for that, but since the release of version 1.6 on PC we have focused all our energy on that. We are doing our best to have everything ready as quickly as possible ».
The Stardew Valley creator also takes the opportunity to talk about the also highly anticipated Haunted Chocolatier. ” I haven’t touched it for a while now as I really want to finish version 1.6 of the base game as a priority. For those who are frustrated by these delays, I understand and take full responsibility. For the rest, thank you: you make my life better and less stressful. Now back to work ».
