Electronic Arts wants to further increase the authenticity of the new football title thanks to further partnerships and licenses. Among others, two Italian football giants are now fully licensed.

One of the greatest strengths of Electronic Arts’ football series has always been the numerous original licenses and partnerships – and the company wants to continue to be active on this front and provide new ones. There are also 25 new partnerships and licenses in EA Sports FC, which have now been officially announced.

In the latest part of the successful football series, you can look forward to the Italian giants AS Roma (now with Mats Hummels) and SSC Napoli being particularly and faithfully represented thanks to exclusive marketing and licensing partnerships.

EA has also secured marketing partnerships with Turkish football giants Fenerbahce SK and Galatasaray SK, as well as with Norwegian cult club FK Bodo/Glimt. Anyone interested in South American football will be pleased about the integration of the Argentinian Liga Profesional de Futbol (LPF). Ultimately, thanks to these new deals, over 700 clubs and 30 leagues will be available in EA Sports FC 25.

The new formats of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League will also be incorporated into the game as part of the existing partnerships and can then be played realistically in the career and tournament modes. Other major leagues such as the Bundesliga, the Premier League, LaLiga, Ligue 1 and Serie A will also return in the new part, as will the CONMEBOL Liberatadores and the most important women’s leagues.

In terms of stadiums, the title will feature over 120 authentically recreated football arenas from around the world, with new additions to the list of additions. These include River Plate’s Mâs Monumental, Feyenoord Rotterdam’s De Kuip, Sporting CP’s Estádio José Alvalade, Galatasaray SK’s Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Rams Park and Fenerbahçe’s Ülker Stadyumu, Fenerbahçe Sükrü Saracoglu Spor Kompleksi. The legendary French stadium Stade Bollaert-Delelis will also make its debut in Kickoff and Career game modes, as well as in Ultimate Team.

Other previously included arenas will be updated and given a new lease of life once renovations are complete in the real world, including Real Madrid’s Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and Villarreal CF’s Estadio de la Ceramica.

Last but not least, eight new icons were confirmed for EA Sports FC 25:

  • Gareth Bale
  • Lotta Schelin
  • Lilian Thuram
  • Gianluigi Buffon
  • Nadine Angerer
  • Marinette Pichon
  • Julie Foudy
  • Aya Miyama
