The most recent rumors also suggested that Galaxy S25 Ultra reportedly narrower than Galaxy S24 Ultra and the dimensions shared by Ice Universe seem to confirm this point: the Galaxy S25 Ultra would have a width of 77.6 mm, compared to 79 mm for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Android Authority also points out that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be the thinnest Galaxy Ultra since the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, which hit the market in early 2022 and measured 8.1mm thick. In addition, everything indicates that the Galaxy S Ultra is the thinnest ever presented by the company.
For a few months now, rumors have been coming in about the technical specifications of the S25 Ultra: it is rumored that it could integrate 16 GB of RAM and that two of its cameras would receive significant improvements.
