Best XM4 Loadout and Class Setup for Black Ops 6 Beta

Beta, Black, Class, loadout, Ops, setup, XM4

THE XM4 in the Black Ops 6 Beta is one of the few assault rifles available, and one that has become a common staple in previous Call of Duty titles.

Similar to previous iterations such as the M4 or M16 rifles, the XM4 returns from Black Ops Cold War, once again offering reliability as a solid, fully automatic rifle.

With a fairly high rate of fire, this weapon almost bridges the gap between assault rifles and submachine guns, giving you something that will produce rapid fire at close range and decent attack when attacking over long distances.

In this guide we will go through how to unlock xm4 in the Black Ops 6 beta, as well as in the best accessoriesAnd best build and class perks to associate it with him.

With the XM4’s high rate of fire, we’re looking at this weapon from a short to medium range engagement perspective. While you can still manage to take out targets further away, you’ll need to use more recoil resistance to land your shots.

With all of this in mind, we recommend building the weapon to focus on its effectiveness at mid-range, while also providing bonuses to the mobility and maneuverability aspects that will help you in close-range encounters.

Before we get into all the details, let’s take a look at our recommended attachment set for the XM4 in the Black Ops 6 beta:

  • Optical: Merlin Reflex or Player Preference
  • Muzzle: Suppressor or player preference
  • Barrel: CHF barrel or long barrel
  • Review: Mag I extended
  • Rear grip OR stock: Quickdraw Grip/Assault Grip OR Heavy Stock/Balanced Stock

Being a versatile weapon, the XM4 is probably one of the easiest weapons to adapt to a particular playstyle – within reason of course, it is still an assault rifle after all.

With that in mind, you may prefer to omit some of the attachments mentioned and opt for something else instead.

Here are some examples of these: Merlin thinks optical sight and suppressor in the barrel slot.

The first is just a solid alternative to iron sights, but if you’re comfortable with them, you can upgrade to another accessory that will more directly affect the performance of the weapon.

The same goes for the Suppressorwhich we recommend for its stealth capabilities to keep you off the radar when shooting, but if that’s not something you think you’ll need, it’s another slot you could swap out for something more to your liking.

Beyond that, this is where the main stat bonuses for this weapon lie, with the CHF barrel, Extended Mag I magazine, and the choice of a grip or stock.

THE Barrel CHF brings with it an increased headshot multiplier effectively increasing headshot damage, while the alternative option in the long barrel will simply increase the weapon’s damage range, helping it for longer ranged attacks.

With a higher rate of fire, the Mag I extended The attachment will increase the magazine size by 50%, allowing it to hold a total of 45 rounds per magazine. The trade-off is a longer reload time, which ultimately didn’t take me too long to get used to.

Finally, we have some recommendations for the final accessory you will have to choose between.

On the one hand, you can choose the rear grip option, with a choice between the Quickdraw grip – for faster aiming speed – or the Assault Handlewhich will increase your sprint speed to shoot, giving you a boost for those times when you need a quick reaction.

Alternatively, you can opt for a stock purchase option with one of the following options: Heavy or balanced stocks which respectively grant startle resistance, or targeted walking and general movement speed.

If both of these stat upgrades are important to you and you don’t choose the red dot sight or suppressor, you can of course choose one from each of those categories.

As with all accessories, it’s worth experimenting, trying different combinations to see what suits your playstyle.

As for your secondary, we use the GS45but as for your lethal, tactical and field upgrades – for which we choose Flash grenade, fragmentation, And Assault Pack – It all comes down to personal preference in the end.

Depending on how you’ve built your XM4 in terms of attachments, some of your perk choices may be slightly different from ours, so don’t be afraid to mix and match – but keep in mind that you can only get the Combat Specialty of a particular perk set if you have three perks of the same type.
