The corona virus currently traps the world in self-isolation. But we can help fight the so-called Covid 19 pandemic – with our favorite hobby: gambling.
Two charity sales have started on Steam and the Humble Store, and if you buy a game there, you’re directly supporting the fight against Corona. Because 100 percent of the proceeds from the discount campaigns go to charity organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Doctors Without Borders or Direct Relief.
Of the Steam sale takes place on behalf of Paradox Interactive instead of, accordingly there are games like Cities: Skylines, Hearts of Iron 4, Tyranny or Pillars of Eternity. Paradox currently offers a total of eleven games, some of which cost up to 80 percent less than normal.

Humble bundle for a good cause
The Humble Store already offers discounts on a regular basis to support charitable causes. The shop is currently offering a campaign called "Conquer Covid-19", in which you can get a package worth more than 1,000 euros for the price of 28 euros.
The 28 euros correspond to the minimum price you have to pay if you want the package. If you want, you can also donate a higher amount because the entire proceeds go to charity organizations.
Even the most generous donors are recorded on the Humble website, currently a user named "Jeff", who has paid $ 10,000. The campaign is apparently quite successful because the store reports via Twitter that it is already over 8 million dollars in donations after 8 hours have collected.
Thank you Humble community for your generous support! ?? In less than 8 hours, the Humble Conquer # COVID19 Bundle has already raised over $ 1 million for @DirectRelief, @RESCUEorg, @MSF_USA, and @PIH. https://t.co/78bCQWbqAO pic.twitter.com/1GRsOCVLUt
