It looks like a new deal will see more titles join the top Nintendo Switch games. This will be thanks to game developers having another option to bring their software to Switch with Action Game Maker.
This agreement implies the following:
- Action Game Makerdeveloped with Godot Engineallows you to create 2D action games without the need for programming.
- Includes professional-grade features and a collection of samples and resources to aid in game development.
- Use a system of node-based visual scriptingimproved from Pixel Game Maker MV.
- Developed by Gotcha Gotcha Gameswill be associated with W4 Games to adapt titles created with Godot Engine to Switch.
- The launch is expected in 2025with the possibility of support for Switch’s successor in the future too.
