Cloudflare has been providing free DNS services to private users for more than two years. This should allow you to browse the Internet quickly and anonymously. The service also allows users to continue to access websites that have been blocked by the provider. On April 1, Cloudflare launched two new services to support family-friendly Internet surfing.

From now on, you can also use "1.1.1.2" and "1.1.1.3" as DNS servers. Both services extend the protection of known "1.1.1.1" servers. DNS server 1.1.1.2 protects you from malware and specifically blocks it. 1.1.1.3 goes a step further and blocks access to sites with adult content. You can continue to use both services for free as a private user.

You can use the new DNS service on Windows 10 as well as smartphones and tablets. If you don't know how to change your DNS server, we will help you. In the linked article, you will learn how to set up an alternate DNS service on your device.
