If you purchased Fallout 76 on your PC and played it through the Bethesda.net Launcher, you will receive a copy of the game for playback on Steam.

Bethesda announced those Fallout 76 The launcher will be able to get games on Steam for a limited time.

From now until April 12, if you have already purchased the game on Bethesda.net, you can purchase the game on Steam, which includes free Wastelanders updates.

In order to get a free copy of Steam, you need to link your Steam account to your Bethesda.net account by April 12, 11:59 p.m. ET.

When the Steam version is available, you will automatically receive your copy.

Bethesda states that you will not be able to transfer Atoms or Fallout 1st membership balances between Bethesda.net and Steam, as Atoms are specific to one platform or another.

However, items you purchase through the Atomic Shop will be available in both Bethesda.net and Steam.

Similarly, from April 14th to 28th, if you buy FO76 on Steam, you will get the Fallout Classic Collection for free. It includes radiation 1, radiation 2 and radiation strategies. Users who have FO76 on Bethesda.net and activate their free Steam copy will also receive the Fallout Classic Collection within a two-week window after launch.

FO76 will be released on Steam on April 12. Wastelanders will release an update on April 14.
