Google announced a few weeks ago the possibility of transferring train tickets directly to Google Wallet. What it allows is to save that moment when you have to download the ticket to your cell phone after receiving it from the em ail and thus show it before going to the railway. This experience works, like the other passes, if there is a setting enabled in the Gmail email account
An application that has been become a very useful tool and it even allows you to take the Community of Madrid transport card to use the metro or access any of the bus lines. This makes everything easier when using mobile as well as mobile payments.
The technology giant in fact warns the user from the mobile application of the importance of this setting, which must be activated from Gmail. What this does is that any pass received in the mail can be automatically transferred to Wallet. Now Google calls gift cards, transit cards and even boarding passes or event tickets, among others, as passes, as can be read on its support page.
The first thing to do is to go to the Gmail settings and select the email account that is usually used to receive all the mentioned types of cards or airline tickets. Especially if you have several active Google accounts on your mobile, it is therefore important to choose the one that is normally used.
And even if Gmail settings aren’t well organized, you just need to scroll down to find exactly this option
With this option active, Google Wallet will automatically transfer passes for storage and user can use them on the day of the concert or when you must present your train ticket before traveling to your destination. An experience available on mobile which may not be complete if this simple setting is not active in Gmail messaging.
