The MCU’s most popular web crawler will return to theaters in 2026. Spider Man 4 will debut shortly thereafter Avengers: End of the World this yearwith star Tom Holland confirming production will begin in mid-2025.
“We’ll start filming next summer. Everything is good, we are almost there,” said Holland in an interview with The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon earlier this week. “Super exciting. I can’t wait!” Spider-Man 4, the sequel to 2021’s No Way Home, officially releases on July 24, 2026.
That means it’s only a few months later Avengers: End of the Worldwhich premieres on May 1st this year and stars Robert Downey Jr Fantastic four Villain, as revealed at San Diego Comic Con 2024 earlier this year. This grouping recreates the previous one-two punch in the comic book, as Far away from home published shortly afterwards Avengers: Endgameand thus crowns the multi-year MCU saga with several films.

The sequel is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who also directed the film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Ringsand presumably have some connection to the larger MCU, although exactly how is not yet clear. “I spoke to [Robert Downey Jr.] a lot, especially about the fact that he made his [Marvel] Returning, which is super exciting,” Holland said Rich role Podcast earlier this month. “It was a difficult secret because I have a reputation for ruining things and for strategic reasons I didn’t do any press.”

The year 2026 is still a long way off and Insomniac Games recently confirmed this Spider Man 2 The PS5 game will not receive story DLC. However, it will be the hit blockbuster of 2023 comes to the PC next January.
