Needless to say, you really know that Xbox Series X It looks like the best console ever made by Microsoft, since the reveal of the final design at The Game Awards 2019 and the latest information we've learned on the console, the absence of the port is guaranteed, and to this day, many of us continue to use digital audio communications and that is a port of sight.

The Xbox Series X will not have a portable audio port

I always wanted to Phil Spencer you just noticed some interesting things IGN podcast. Phil explains that the reasons why Series X won't have port optical audio in the end, is because of space and money. In the final design of the console, the port is not displayed and, similarly, the cost of those parts was greater than what the Xbox considered important.

So if you look at the console part for maybe a dollar or two and say, okay, how important is that inside the console? That's a few hundred dollars. But then you say, okay, let's plan to sell, you know, 100 million of these consoles.

You know that all of these decisions are something we think deeply about and try to figure out where the plans are. And I know that for everything we didn't do, there would be a disappointment and not the fun part of the job, but I think we have a plan for the future.

What do you think? The fact is that apart from this intervention, there will be other options for enjoying the best sound provided by the console. We recommend you take a look at Xbox Generation for more news.
