Nintendo hasn’t done much with the Switch’s firmware lately. The last few updates, including versions 18.0.0 and 19.0.0, contained very few new additions. Additionally, even smaller updates have been released every now and then, and even a handful of some updates without rebooting. Since the Switch is on its way out, Nintendo has focused more on the stability of the console.
Well, Nintendo released a new update a little while ago. After the update, the switch firmware should now be at version 19.0.1. Not surprisingly, this update doesn’t really do much. Its main purpose is to solve several problems. However, the official patch notes have not yet been released in English, but are available in Japanese.
