Additionally, these two costumed Pokémon can actually evolve, unlike many other costumed Pokémon that are doomed to remain as babies. However, if you want meta-relevant Decidueye and Greninja, you’ll need their legacy community day moves (Frenzy Plant and Hydro Cannon, respectively), so you may need to use an Elite TM on them.
What is the shiny rate for Halloween Froakie and Rowlet in Pokémon Go?
As part of the Halloween 2024 Part 2 event, all Rowlet and Froakies obtained via 7km eggs or raids will have an increased shiny rate, but we don’t know what this shiny rate is Is.
