The “Emergence” mission in Black Ops 6 is not for the faint of heart.
With Black Ops 6, Call of Duty not only uses a fresh setting for the campaign, but also dares to vary the mission design. As you can read in our test, the spy thriller was also able to convince us, and one mission in particular remained in our memory. The level in question has a twist that scares players.

However, you are separated from your comrades and come into contact with some psychoactive substances that… literally send you on a horror trip. So you complete the level while hallucinating lots of zombies and other horrors. Black Ops 6 will be a horror game, at least for a limited time.

Of course, CoD veterans immediately have this in the mannequins Easter Egg der Map Nuketown recognized from the game Black Ops 3. The dolls placed there can be brought to life on the map and they will then follow you whenever they are not in your field of vision.
The walking dead and the bosses present in the mission are also known from Call of Duty’s zombie mode, but are being used in a campaign for the first time.
