Introducing Support Virtual Agent
Support Virtual Agent is an AI-powered feature designed to help Xbox gamers resolve their support-related gaming issues more efficiently and is rolling out to select Xbox Insiders support.xbox.com Today. The Support Virtual Agent can quickly access information support.xbox.com to answer questions about Xbox console and gaming support issues. Xbox Insiders based in the US who have selected English as their preferred language can begin previewing Support Virtual Agent today support.xbox.com while signed in to an account enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program.
We value feedback from Xbox Insiders on this preview experience, and any feedback received will be used to improve the Support Virtual Agent. As you interact with the Support Virtual Agent, you can provide feedback using the “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” button on each response, or directly using the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the page.
How to use the Virtual Support Agent
Starting today, Xbox Insiders can see the Support Virtual Agent on the Contact Us page support.xbox.com. Sign in with the same account you used to sign up for the Xbox Insider Program. You will then see a new option to ask our new virtual support agent a question.
Once you click “Ask a Question,” the Support Virtual Agent will launch in a new browser window. You can ask the agent questions via SMS or voice message and they will respond with relevant information support.xbox.com
During this preview, you can also customize your support experience by clicking the ellipsis menu icon and choosing between two different virtual support agents.
