Repair Simulator starts working in December

December, repair, Simulator, starts, working

Players tinker with spaceships in Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop in December.

The outrageous roguelite spaceship repair simulator Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop will launch on Windows PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch platforms on December 5, 2024.

Inspired by the comedy and aesthetics of Adventure Time and Rick & Morty, Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop challenges players to indulge in chaos as Wilbur, a vest-wearing, fox-headed mechanic, as he repairs ships for a series of eccentric clients.

The ultra-tactile mechanics, combined with a roguelite format, create a unique and offbeat gaming experience that requires players to frantically fumble, cut, release, attract, grab and drop to complete the missions within the daily time limit.

For those who find the time pressure too great, there is also a Concentrated Repair mode, which offers an alternative challenge in an environment without time constraints.

A deluxe edition will also be available at launch, containing the base game as well as the original digital soundtrack, a digital artbook and a Drunk Wilbur skin.

Windows PC gamers can brush up on their skills ahead of release, as a free Steam demo is now available to download and play.
