We’ve all dreamed of owning a Batmobile, and soon 10 (very wealthy) people are going to make that dream a reality.
There are so many different incarnations of Batman that we all have our own favorite Batmobile, depending on when we grew up – my personal favorite is Batman: The Animated Seriesbut that shouldn’t be surprising considering I grew up watching it. Recent versions have become more militaristic in appearance, partly due to the Dark Knight’s version, the Tumbler. It wasn’t my favorite and I didn’t want to own one, but it didn’t matter because it turned out that even if I did want it, I couldn’t afford it. That’s because Wayne Enterprises, the very real business based on the civilian persona of Batman, Bruce Wayne, is selling a real roly-poly for the bargain price of $3 million.

Mostly, I’m just surprised that something so extravagant exists, but when the rest of the company is dedicated to jewelry, watches, and AI robots (it’s starting to feel like this place is only for rich people), maybe I shouldn’t be. I think I’ll stick with my silly little toy car, thank you very much.
