Fatshark has announced another free content update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. We’ll tell you here what’s inside!
With “Grim Protocols” the next major content update for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is coming in 2022. The version released later than the PC version for the Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 consoles also benefits from this update.
“Grim Protocols” is scheduled to be released on December 3rd on the platforms mentioned, then you can especially look forward to the new game mode “Havoc”. This is a new endgame experience that awaits you with major challenges and new cosmetic items.
There is also a fresh mission, “Dark Communion,” in which you can explore the darkest corners of Carnival. Here you will have to deal with hordes of cultists and assert yourself against them.
The update is rounded off with three new weapon types, including Two-Handed Force and Power Swords, as well as a special anniversary event to mark the game’s two-year anniversary. You can watch a trailer for the update attached.
