In November 2024, after more than a decade, we will return to the contaminated restricted area of Stalker’s alternative Chernobyl.
Xbox Game Pass comes and goes every month. In November 2024 you can look forward to what is probably the most important open-world shooter of the year, which will appear in Microsoft’s subscription service just in time for release.

In a fictional reality in which a second nuclear reactor blew up in Chernobyl in 2006, so-called stalkers go into the contaminated area to recover rare artifacts.
However, these valuable items are not the only thing created by the accident. The radioactive radiation has caused the development of monstrous mutants who seek out their lives from the marauders.
In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl you play as one of these eponymous stalkers and try to find out the truth about the mysterious Heart of Chernobyl. You experience the non-linear story in a 64 km² world full of enemies, weapons and occasionally friends.
Despite all the potential dangers, you should not forget to pay attention to human needs such as hunger, thirst and sleep.

Stalker 2 was actually supposed to herald the series’ console debut in 2022. However, nothing came of it due to the multiple postponements. At the beginning of the year we received ports of the first three parts, which are already available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
