Little by little, we are getting closer (very close) to the launch window of the new Galaxy S25. Samsung’s new range will debut in early 2025, and this proximity makes us received numerous leaks about them in recent weeks. Not only on the three main models, but also with the new Galaxy S25 Slim as the protagonist.
With the Base and Plus models allowed, it makes sense that the one with the most expectations is the Ultra model. The Korean firm is preparing to launch, as usual, a device that will seek to win the crown of the best mobile phone of 2025. Some leaks have allowed us to know various details about it, but until today we hadn’t had one like this, this comes in the form of a real photograph.
Galaxy S25 Ultra will retrieve note details
As they say, you can’t be surprised to see leaks almost every day. It is common that, months before the launch of a new smartphone, we can see makes or conceptual images to show us what the design of the device will look like. In the case of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, we were able to see cases or screen protectors that gave small indications about the structure of the device, but this was not enough to be able to correctly analyze the shape of this new Ultra .
All that has changed in the last few hours. Thanks to users Jukanlosreve and OnLeaks of the social network X, two well-known leakers, we can see real photographs of two Galaxy S25 Ultra. The devices appearing there appear to be mockups or prototypes built before mass manufacturing began, which is common among technology companies.

From these photos we can draw several conclusions. The first, the most obvious of all, is that Samsung has changed the design of its new Ultra model. This new S25 has a structure that is very reminiscent of the Galaxy Note, a device that is no longer manufactured, but which today has many fans. In this sense, what stands out the most are the corners, which on this occasion will be more rounded.
Some previous leaks suggested that this device would change to become more “handy”, and the photos confirm it. These photos allow us to see some edges with some curvaturewhich makes it easier to use the phone with one hand (something essential if we take into account that it is a large cell phone).

Of course, the rear cameras also attract attention in this batch of photographs. However, There doesn’t seem to be any apparent change here.: Samsung is betting on maintaining a design that suits it perfectly. There may be changes in the sensors or in their characteristics, but it is clear that, if there are, it will not have much influence on its size or layout.
The Ultra models tend to look very different from their Galaxy S siblings, although these changes undoubtedly make them integrate much more with them. To get our hands on it, we have no choice but to be patient, but not too much: the device, along with the rest of the Galaxy S25, should hit the scene in the first weeks of 2025.
