Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has two new maps for Zombies mode, but a third map is already on the way and will appear sooner than expected.
It has now been announced that the third Zombies map called “Citadelle Des Morts” will be available for the popular game mode from December 5, 2024. In this context, Treyarch also confirmed that the associated main story quest will also go live on this day. The wait for new content isn't long at all for fans of the Zombies mode.
It had previously been confirmed based on the roadmap that the next Zombies map would be available in a mid-season update during the current season 1. This only started on November 14th, so it's a bit surprising that the card is being delivered so early in the season.
A new type of enemy will await you on the map “Citadell des Morts” that will only be available there. This is joined by other fresh content such as Perk-a-Cola, an Ammo mod, 18 new augmentations, three new GobbleGums, a newly craftable support weapon called The Hand Cannon and more. This is all integrated into the map, which is built around an abandoned castle and a medieval European village.
