And if someone sends you the number “7642” on WhatsApp, don’t worry.that's a good thing. It's just that the world's most widely used email network is somehow going back in time. Because numbers like 7642 are just the beginning of a strange but increasingly widespread custom.
Does anyone remember the “TKM” of SMS, text messages from before the heyday of messaging apps? These abbreviations are no longer necessary as there is no longer a character limit for submission. Now we can write and send long messages, we can send long audios like podcasts… but writing in short is still useful because it's faster. What does the number 7642 mean?
If you have ever read angel number 7642 in an iMessage, Telegram or WhatsApp conversation, don't worry. This has a hidden meaning, but it is positive. This is not vulgarity. If you receive it or someone tells you to send it to them without saying anything else, it's for this reason:
- 7642 means, neither more nor less, “I will always be there for you“, where each number is used to replace one of the words in this sentence: 7 for “always”, (since it refers to “forever” in English), and the 6 for “I will be”, while the 4 would be replaced by “for” (the same as it sounds in English'For') and the 2 for “ti” (since it looks like “two“).

But generally, these four numbers are a phonetic formula to remind the other person how much you care and that you will be there when they need you. And what does the number 1437 mean?

But the reality is that number 1437 follows the same rules as the previous one. In other words, each number corresponds to a specific letter. And 1437 means neither more nor less than “I love you forever“, where 1 is “I”, 4 is simply “Love”, “3” is “U” or “You” and 7 is “Forever”. A more intense way of saying TKM, really.
But don't think it stops there. These types of code phrases go further. And you've probably seen other numbers like this:
- 737: This translates to a simple “Good night” to the one you love. A good way to get a message across and not let any curious eye guess its meaning.
- 143: Translates to “I love you”, a simplified version of 1437 above.
- 1122:It's actually a meme, just like 1111, but it's used to support whoever you're sending it to
- 687: It translates to “I'm sorry” and is usually sent after a couple's argument.
- 14643: translates to “I will always love you”, since the “I” would be the 1 because it only has one letter, “will” has four, “always” has six, love “en also has four and “you” only has three.
- 7375: translates to “thank you for making me happy”, although its meaning varies depending on who sends it and the context.
- 1543: Finally, this code is generally used when you still have feelings for this person, and it would mean “I still love you” according to its English reading.
