To complete the Kindled Inspiration Camouflage in Infinity Nikki, you I have to wear the Wishful Pact skirt and show it to Rosy just north of Florawish Village.
You can purchase the Wishful Pact Skirt from the Florawish Shop for 18,200 Bling.
Once you have purchased it, go to the wardrobe to put it on. The rest of your outfit (top and shoes, etc.) doesn't matter. The only piece you need to wear is the Wishful Pact Skirt to complete this random quest.
When you have put on the skirt, return to Rosy and show her the skirt. Rosy then goes reward you with 20 diamonds and the Starry Night Hat Sketch.
