Fans of Crimson Desert, Pearl Abyss' open-world action RPG, got a treat at The Game Awards 2024. With a vibrant new trailer, which condenses everything we can expect from this new IP into just over a minute they confirmed when we will be able to play it.
Or, at least, what time of year to expect its launch, since we still had no other reference than a simple 2025.
Crimson Desert marks its date on the calendar
After months of speculation and waiting, we finally have a time on the calendar for Crimson Desert's release. The game will arrive in physical and digital stores from the end of 2025, although an exact date has not been announced. It is important to mention that Crimson Desert will be released on multiple platforms, including PC (Steam), Xbox Series X|S, Mac and PS5.
Additionally, the game already has an official page on the various platforms, allowing players to add it to their wishlists and stay informed with the latest news and updates. The question we are left with is: Can Pearl Abyss live up to expectations and deliver a gaming experience that surpasses its predecessor, Black Desert? Only time will tell.
