The Notes app on our iPhone, iPad or Mac is far more capable than meets the eye. Options for formatting, creating lists, editing folders for filtering content to scan, the app is full of functionality. Before we get started …
The most common way to sync notes is to use our Apple account. The reason in particular be able to secure notes using encryption and password so that we can only access them. Disable notes account

- We don't check Notes in sync options.
Put simply, all notes and folders on the side of the account will disappear from the notes.
Delete notes account
Unlike the previous step, when we only disabled access to the account, if we no longer wanted to use the account we could delete it. The steps, too, are the same.
- We open the app Notes on our Mac.
- On the menu Notes we choose Accounts.
- On the left hand side we select the account we want to delete.
- We're touching the "-" button at the bottom of the list.
- We confirm by touch All right.

Remember that, for sync to work, we have to add an account where we sync notes to all the devices we want to use. As before, we can reuse or terminate it when appropriate.

Delete Notes Account

- We guarantee that notes will be deleted from your iPhone or iPad by touch Remove from my iPhone / iPad.
And it's easy. With these steps we can add, deactivate or delete the accounts we sync with our notes and improve our product. Ultimately, which account to choose is a personal matter, but, from experience, I must say that the fewer accounts we fit the better. And if we want to be able to encrypt important notes, keep in mind that iCloud only offers this option.
