You receive the Little Luck Socks as part of your first bug outfit called the “Afternoon Shine”. You can craft it from the Heart of Infinity after completing the main story quest “Accident at the Clothing Store” in Chapter One.
All you have to do is put on the socks and show off Mysti – the rest of your outfit doesn't matter, the only piece you must wear Little Luck socks.
Showing them to him, Mysti reward you with 20 diamonds and the Lucky Knot bracelet sketch.
