After a long wait, the big Harry Potter mod for Minecraft is ready. Now that you've been able to play Witchcraft and Wizardry as Alpha for a while, it's now after over four years of work officially and finally released.
The total conversion mod is currently only compatible with Minecraft Java 1.13.2, however the team is already working on making them playable with the current version 1.15.2. The factory has no other requirements, but the developer recommends that you still install Optifine for performance reasons.
RPG as a student of Hogwarts
"Witchcraft and Wizardry" sends you into the magical world known from the novel and the films, in which you take on the role of a magically gifted student at Hogwarts. If you don't want to play alone, you can use the quests and puzzles up to three other friends tackle together. To do this, however, you have to create your own server. The developer is not planning an official one for the time being.
The mod does not take place at any particular epoch, but rather mixes the individual periods
A translation into German, for example, is not planned. This is too difficult for the developers, which is why the team explains that no translations into other languages are planned. Accordingly, you should have knowledge of English.
