When the alpha servers go live, the full bastion zone and associated dungeon, the Necrotic Swath, will be available. For the time being, only Alliance characters are playable. During the test phase, further content should be made available step by step. The Revendreth zone and the endless dungeon Torghast, Tower of the Damned, are expected to come into play later in April.
As soon as all content is available and has been tested as part of the Alpha, the beta phase for which you are currently interested should begin still sign in can. More information about the alpha test can be found in the current one Developer update.
