Craft the Stardust piece from Memory in Infinity Nikki is one of three daily tasks in the Starry Lake Serenade event.
The piece itself is a rather stylish set of earrings, but as with many of the clothes in Infinity Nikki, you'll need to get the sketch first and then the right materials to make your accessory. This time though, you'll need to progress through another limited-time event, so if you want these earrings, you might want to move quickly.

How to Make Memory Stardust in Infinity Nikki
To get the sketch of Memory's Stardust earrings in Infinity Nikki, you you must complete the quest “Truth and Celebration” This is part of the Star-kissed Wishes limited time event. When you complete this quest (which basically involves going from place to place to talk to other characters), you will be rewarded with the Memory's Stardust Earring sketch.
Once you have the sketch, here is how to make Stardust from Memory:
When you have collected all the correct materials, go to your “Sketches” app on your Pear-Pal and select the “Rare” tab. Find the Memory Stardust here, select it, then use the requested command to “Create” it when it appears.
